• Accompanying implementation projects of the casa complete solution with temporary work at the customer's site and predominantly remote work

• Acquisition of deep technical know-how in our solution 

• Carrying out business and technical training at the highest standard - for our customers' employees in a climate of trust

• Supporting customers with all questions regarding corporate planning and management and the use of casa complete

• Further development and maintenance of our solution

• Conducting qualitative initial discussions about our software solution with the aim of arranging presentation dates. No sale.

• Scheduling and planning consultations by internal sales is one of your central tasks
